These Terms of Use apply to BoxBack, an iPhone app and related website provided by MicroMacro Technology. By using BoxBack, you agree to these terms.

Use of BoxBack

BoxBack helps you organize return details, photos, screenshots, reminders, receipt proof, and related household return information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add and for completing returns according to each retailer's policies.

No Retailer Relationship

BoxBack is not affiliated with Amazon, Target, Walmart, UPS, FedEx, Kohl's, Whole Foods, Staples, or any other retailer or drop-off provider mentioned in the app or website.

Reminders and Deadlines

BoxBack reminders are provided as a convenience. You remain responsible for checking return deadlines, pickup windows, retailer requirements, drop-off instructions, refund status, and proof requirements.

Photos, Codes, and Receipts

You should only add photos, screenshots, receipt images, codes, notes, and other information that you have the right to store and share. Keep return codes and receipts private unless you intentionally share them with someone you trust.

BoxBack Plus

BoxBack Plus is a one-time in-app purchase. It unlocks receipt history, iCloud sync, household sharing with up to 5 people, multi-return receipts, and other premium features shown in the app. Purchases are handled through Apple and may be subject to Apple's payment, refund, and purchase rules shown at the time of purchase.

Availability and Changes

BoxBack may change over time. Features may be updated, added, limited, or removed as the app develops. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this website.

Disclaimer

BoxBack is provided as a household organization tool. It does not guarantee that a retailer will accept a return, issue a refund, honor a receipt, or resolve a dispute in your favor.
